All of Ancient Creations Enterprises Bud Vases are backed by our safe delivery guarantee:

(We will replace or refund any items that may arrive damaged or broken)

Please take a picture of your damaged item immediately, and email it to us: adiel@acesvases.com

We also guarantee a full refund on returns, for any reason, within 7 days of your delivery date!

Simply contact Adiel, our customer service representative via phone, email, or live chat, and a return shipping label will be emailed to you!

As soon as we have received the item, a refund will be applied to your chosen payment method.

All domestic orders will be shipped Free Shipping via USPS Ground, which usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

International orders shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and you can select the shipping option that you prefer.

Though we are usually able to ship out your orders very promptly, (same day order is placed), please allow 7-10 business days for Ancient Creations to fulfill your order.

We will email you with your expected arrival date as soon as your order ships.
